Return or Exchange Policy

 

We want you to absolutely love your CrazyPretty Bikinis purchase!! 

If for any reason, you did not, you can exchange any item within 20 days of having received your order.

Exchanges are only accepted for the same collection or prior.

Sale items (not regular priced items, sales, discount codes, flash sales) are not eligible for an exchange.  

Merchandise must be new, unworn, and unaltered with tags and hygienic liners attached. . Please try on your CrazyPretty  Bikinis over your underwear without removing the hygienic liner.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted for each item returned for a refund. We are a small business, and this helps pay for the labor involved. All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). 

Please specify in the email which size and style you would like to exchange. We ship out the new bikini only after we receive your exchange. When the new bikini ships out, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are shipped from Florida using First Class USPS Shipping.

After you place your order it can take 1-3 days to process the order and 3-4 days to be delivered once it is shipped. 

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. (Be advised that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated on the USPS website).

Please note:  it is the sole responsibility of the customer to know & understand the customs laws, taxes, & restrictions of their home country. We will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred for items rejected by customs, or for the reimbursement of any applicable taxes or fees by countries outside the U.S.

  1. Take the exact measurements using a soft tape measure.
  2. Measure bust, waist, and hips using our guide.
  3. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for best fit.
  4.  Please e-mail or message us for sizing help.

How to measure

 

Bust

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of bust with no bra on. Make sure measuring tape is relaxed and not tight. Find your bust measurement from the guide as shown.

Waist

Consulting our guide, measure around the smallest part of your waist. Keep tape parallel to the floor and ensure one finger fits in between your body and the tape for a more comfortable fit.

Hips

Measure around the fullest/widest part of hips and bottom, keeping tape parallel to the floor.

To ensure your bikini has a long life, it is recommended that you follow the steps below. Please take special care when wearing, washing and storing your CrazyPretty Bikini. 

  • Do not iron, bleach, wring, tumble dry, dry clean or machine wash.
  • Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water immediately after use, making sure all chlorine, salt and sand is cleansed from the fabric.
  • Lay flat in the shade to drip dry. Do not leave your swimwear rolled up wet or in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade and damage the fabric.
  • Take care when using sunscreen lotions, fake tans and tanning oils as they may stain or damage your swimwear
